Due to the exclusive, limited-edition nature of our signed art prints, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
2. Damaged or Defective Prints
- If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include clear photos of the damage and your order number.
- We will either:
- Replace the print (if available).
- Offer a full refund.
- Return shipping costs for damaged items will be covered by frasiola.com/shop after we confirm the damage.
3. Incorrect Orders
- If you receive the wrong print or edition, contact us immediately.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including covering return shipping costs.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Prints purchased as final sale (e.g., during promotions or special events).
- Prints that have been framed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
5. How to Initiate a Return

- Your order number.
- Photos of the damaged/incorrect item.
- A brief description of the issue.
- We will respond within 3 business days with instructions.
6. Refund Process
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item (if applicable).
7. Shipping Responsibility
- For approved returns, we will provide a return shipping label or reimburse shipping costs (for damaged/incorrect items only).
- Customers are responsible for ensuring the print is securely packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.
